Find where the problem begins
Try the homepage before retrying a long title link. If the homepage opens but the old link does not, search for the movie’s name. If the whole site fails, see whether another website opens on the same connection.
A single failed request does not establish that FlixFlare is down everywhere. This page is practical help, not a live worldwide outage monitor. Note the address and error message if the problem persists.
The search is empty
Remove the year and genre filters first. A show can disappear from the results simply because Movies is selected. Search a distinctive part of the title rather than adding phrases such as watch online or full HD.
If a movie is still absent, it may not be in this catalog. A missing result is not evidence that the film has never been released or cannot be watched anywhere.
Watch now opens another page
Watch now opens the title’s regional viewing search on JustWatch. Choose the correct film or series there and continue to a listed viewing option. If nothing happens, look for a newly opened tab before clicking again.
If the result belongs to another country, return to Country here and select your location. A movie and its remake may share a name, so use the year on the FlixFlare title page to choose the right result.
A video stalls after you start it
Use the controls and help for the service actually playing the video. Try another title on that same service to see whether the problem is specific to one film. If its player permits it, a lower quality setting can be a useful test on an unstable connection.
Do not change every setting at once. A connection test, a browser restart or an audio-output check is easier to evaluate one at a time. Keeping the title and timestamp helps if you need to report a repeatable failure.
