FlixFlare downloads: movies, offline viewing and My List

Understand what My List saves, where offline movie downloads happen and how to prepare for a journey.

Saving a title is not downloading a film

My List remembers movies and series you want to revisit. It stores those choices in this browser; it does not save the video itself. A poster still visible in your list is not evidence that a full movie is available offline.

Use FlixFlare to choose your film, then check whether its viewing service supports downloading that edition on your device. Downloads can depend on the service’s app, plan and title.

Before travelling

Open the service’s download area while you still have a working connection. Confirm the movie title, audio and subtitle options you need. Check the download’s status inside that app rather than relying on an image of the film in a catalog.

Keep enough device storage for the movie and other things you need on the trip. Any expiry, offline viewing window or device limit is controlled by the service supplying the download.

Browser access and APK files

A FlixFlare browser shortcut is a quick return to the website, not an offline film package. An Android APK is an application installer, not a movie file. This website does not distribute either a native APK or direct movie downloads.

If a download is not offered for your chosen film, keep it in My List for another time or choose a different viewing option that supports your intended device.

Avoid losing your shortlist

Use the same browser to return to your list. Private browsing or clearing site data can remove locally saved choices. For a trip, keeping the film’s full name and year somewhere you can access independently is a useful backup.
